Offers the most comprehensive level of care through 365-day unlimited access to Bridge Street Health's services.

$100 registration fee for all new patients (waived if annual fee paid in full by check)

Per Appointment
Designed for the person who sees a doctor once or twice a year.

HSA - Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars can be used for your membership.
INSURANCE - While Bridge Street Health does not accept insurance, it can be used for labs, tests and specialists as allowed by your plan. Call for more information or questions.
