A Journey that Will Change your Health

You do not have to be a patient with Bridge Street Health to register.

Registration

Dates:

Begins February 18 and runs for 40 days to coincide with Lent

Registration will close February 13

Fee:

$600 - includes 25-day menu, 35+ recipes, health measurement data and seminars & coaching/support from Dr. Michael Hendrixson & Melanie Jones, PharmD.  See complete program details below. 

  • You may be able to use HSA or FSA accounts to pay some or all of the fee; contact us to learn more.

 

  • Current Bridge Street Health Annual Membership patients receive a $200 discount.

  • Call or text 513.790.2923 for fees for 2 or more participants in the same family.

50% of the Nourish to Flourish fee can be applied to your Annual Membership fee if you join Bridge Street Health within 30 days of the completion of the program.

What Health Changes Can I Expect?

Each participant's results will vary based on their pre-existing health and how closely they follow the program. Previous participants experienced many of the following improvements to their overall health:

  • Weight loss

  • Reduced bloating and reflux and less stomach/gut discomfort

  • Improved energy (less fatigue)

  • Reduced joint pain

  • Improved sleep

  • Improved biomarkers of metabolic function (e.g. fasting insulin)

  • Improved cholesterol labs (e.g. lower triglycerides, lower LDL, etc.)​

Program Includes

PRE & POST PROGRAM LABS | Designed to help you understand how your body changes through the 4-week journey. Includes markers of inflammation, metabolic function and overall health. 

DEXA FULL BODY SCAN

DEXA is a high-precision type of low dose X-ray that provides important information about your body:

  • Body composition including muscle mass

  • Visceral fat

  • Lean mass and appendicular lean mass index

  • Bone density​​​

Bridge Street Health has partnered with DexaFit Cincinnati (Dr. David DeMarco) to provide this service. 

The Nourish to Flourish fee includes lab tests and the DEXA scan.

Food Guidance

DAILY MENUS | 4 weeks of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas you can follow or use to create your own meal plan. Image below is from one of the popular recipes.
