What Health Changes Can I Expect?
Each participant's results will vary based on their pre-existing health and how closely they follow the program. Previous participants experienced many of the following improvements to their overall health:

DEXA FULL BODY SCAN

DEXA is a high-precision type of low dose X-ray that provides important information about your body:

Bridge Street Health has partnered with DexaFit Cincinnati (Dr. David DeMarco) to provide this service.
The Nourish to Flourish fee includes lab tests and the DEXA scan.
