SERVICES TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
We offer services ranging from short-term plans focused on specific illness to an annual membership that offers 365 day access to premier primary care. While we do not accept insurance, you can still use use your insurance benefits, as allowed by your plan, for prescriptions, labs, other testing and specialists.
Membership based plan that provides unlimited direct access to traditional primary care and integrates functional and lifestyle medicine approaches to optimize your health.
Primary care that includes a comprehensive annual physical to understand your current health and guidance on avoiding future health issues. This plan also includes two additional visits to use as you determine.
Short-term treatment plans to address specific health issues. We combine the best of traditional and functional medicine to get your health back on track. This does not include traditional primary care services.

Our passionate staff includes Board-Certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Michael Hendrixson, and Melanie Jones, PharmD.
