OUR STORY
Bridge Street Health was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between conventional primary care and functional medicine - delivering comprehensive care that's clinically grounded, deeply personalized, and focused on uncovering and addressing root causes.
Although clinical guidelines consistently recommend starting with nutrition and lifestyle changes, this is rarely emphasized in many health care settings. At Bridge Street Health we have reimagined primary care, bridging the gap with personalized, evidence-based guidance that empowers patients on their unique path to health.
