What you'll eat

Real food. We don't count calories, reduce carbohydrates or limit protein.  It's rich in whole foods, vegetables and healthy protein - food that's good for you, reduces internal inflammation and tastes good like these dishes from the 35+ recipes available online.

This is not a weight loss program, but most participants report weight loss  from 5 to 15 pounds depending on health status, starting weight and how closely the program is followed.

Fee discount to support American Heart Month

The American Heart Association recommends a diet similar to Nourish to Flourish. Because what we eat is so important to heart health, we have discounted the fees this month to encourage more people to participate.  Your health is the best Valentine's gift you can give to a loved one!

  • $300 without Dexa Scan (see information below about Dexa)

  • $450 with Dexa Scan (a $200 value if purchased separately)

You may be able to use HSA or FSA accounts to pay some or all of the fee; contact us to learn more.

  • Current Bridge Street Health annual membership patients receive a $100 discount

  • If you join Bridge Street Health within 30 days, you can apply $100 of the fee towards an annual membership

PRE & POST PROGRAM LABS | Designed to help you understand how your body changes through the 4-week journey. Includes markers of inflammation, metabolic function and overall health. 

DEXA FULL BODY SCAN

DEXA is a high-precision type of low dose X-ray that provides important information about your body:

  • Muscle mass

  • Visceral fat

  • Lean mass 

  • Bone density​​​

Bridge Street Health has partnered with DexaFit Cincinnati (Dr. David DeMarco) to provide this service. 

The Nourish to Flourish fee includes lab tests and the DEXA scan.
