Membership
Offers the most comprehensive level of care through 365-day unlimited access to Bridge Street Health's services.

$60 monthly for ages 18 to 29

$100 registration fee for all new patients (waived if annual fee paid in full by check)
Options available for employers who want to provide better employee healthcare options. Call for more information.
Per Appointment
Suited for the person who sees a doctor once a year.

Bridge Street Health does not accept insurance. Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars can be used for your membership. Insurance can be used for labs, tests and specialists as allowed by your plan. Call for more information or questions.
